Modular Wardrobe FAQs

  • How should I choose which modular wardrobe I want?

The wardrobe best for you depends on your storage requirements and the items you will include in your wardrobe. If you have longer clothing, such as coats or gowns, then a tall hanging is ideal for you. However, if you are short on space, and have high ceilings, then your wardrobe can include a tandem lift, for you to access your clothes easily. Our wardrobe options are on our product pages, and our designer will be happy to assist you in designing the best wardrobe for your space and requirements.

  • Which wardrobe shutters are recommended? Hinges, Sliding, Sliding-Folding

The Amount of space you have available usually determines the recommended shutters for your wardrobes. Sliding doors are beneficial in smaller spaces and passageways, and you can only access ½ of the wardrobe at one time. Sliding folding doors require room in front of the wardrobe for the doors to open, but you can access the entire wardrobe at once. Doors with hinges (openable) require larger spaces, where the door is able to open easily. You can access the entire wardrobe at once.

  • Is it possible to put locks on my wardrobes?

Yes, it is possible to put locks on your wardrobes. However, you also have the options of adding locks to specific drawers inside the wardrobe as well.

  • Is it necessary for the wardrobe to match all my bedroom furniture?

No, it is not necessary for the wardrobe to match all your bedroom furniture. All your furniture being the same color will give your room a very monotonous look. Therefore, we recommend your wardrobe to match the theme of your room, but not the exact color. For further assistance, our designer will be happy to design a wardrobe that is ideal for your bedroom.
